SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Positivity Prints (www.positivityprints.co). This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

PROCESSING TIME

All our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you after you place your order. This means:

  • Production time: 2-7 business days (depending on product type and current order volume)
  • Shipping time: 3-10 business days (depending on destination and shipping method)
  • Total delivery time: 5-17 business days from order placement

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events). We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We offer the following shipping options:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days - FREE on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days - $12.99

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days - Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Express International: 5-10 business days - Calculated at checkout based on destination

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide to most countries. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Please note: We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • A tracking number to monitor your package's progress
  • Updates on delivery status

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Contacting us at info@positivityprints.co with your order number

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted shipping carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Local postal services (for international orders)

The carrier used depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package closely
  • Requiring a signature for delivery (if available)
  • Using a secure delivery location

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us at info@positivityprints.co within 7 days of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@positivityprints.co. Once an order is in production or shipped, we cannot change the address.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, you will be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the order resent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Typical customs processing can add 1-7 business days to delivery time.

Restricted Items: Some countries have restrictions on certain products. Please check your local regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for packages seized or returned by customs.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin production immediately after you place your order:

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement
  • After 2 hours, the order is in production and cannot be changed or cancelled
  • To request a cancellation or modification, email info@positivityprints.co immediately with your order number

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers.

HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS

During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays and appreciate your patience during busy periods.

PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
